We will help you create your custom home, ADU, or other structure with bespoke floor plans based on your requirements and desires. We can take a “napkin sketch” and turn it into professional drawings ready to begin the permit process.
Permit drawings
We will create a permit set of drawings, and coordinate with your engineer if required. If you don’t have an engineer we can help find the right people in your area. We can work with your municipality on your behalf to have a set of drawings ready for permit submittal, saving you time and paperwork.
Construction Drawings
Detailed drawings created from a full 3D model. We model your structure and create detailed drawings for your construction team, as well as NC files for your automation if necessary. Drawings can be custom tailored to your shop preferences, creating your unique set of standards.
Detailing
We can take the tedium of creating connection and common details off your plate and create a library of reusable details to drag and drop into your drawings.
